Pathology
Diagnosis in natural treatments (Greek system of medicine) is rather easy and accurate when compared to any other treatment system.
As told earlier in aspects of human body that human body is made of seven essential aspects.
There are three main causes of diseases in universe.
- Primary Causes
- Materialistic Causes
- Subjective Causes
Primary causes are conditional and psychological causes. Materialistic causes include increase or decrease in fluids and chemical changes in blood. These primary and materialistic causes convert into subjective causes that are disorder, suspension or disturbance in work of organs.
Primary Causes
This is initial disturbance that occurs in psychology or in temperaments of human body.
Examples of psychological disturbance are changes in grief, happiness, anger, shame, joy and fear. Temperamental disturbance includes changes in dryness, wetness or change in heat of body.
Materialistic Causes
First aspect of materialistic causes is increase or decrease in any of fluids in body. For example, increase of bile in blood will lead towards thyroid diseases.
Subjective Causes
When systems of organs partially or completely fail to perform there functions then it is considered as subjective causes. These include increase or decrease in work, weakness, resolvation and damage of organ, which later expresses into a disease. Subjective causes are considered the beginning of disease.
In diagnosis, it is an important factor to understand the real cause of disease (primary, materialistic and subjective causes). In this way, the image of disease becomes clear that ensures accurate diagnosis and perfect treatment.

Pathology
It is most important factor in treatments to know causes of diseases. This is the base of treatments so it must be correct otherwise the building built on it will not be settled.
In connection to the above, bear in mind that disease will occur in body due to disorder in any of fluids either, or it will be disorder in temperaments.
Disorder of fluids can be either any increase or decrease in them or it may be a change of their destination. An example of disorder in fluids is bile instead of properly secreted through liver mixes in blood and effects other organs of body.
Remember that disease will expressed when there is any fault in systems of organs. This very fault is considered as disease.
For example in Hepatitis C, bile changes its real destination. Bile originally generates from liver and secrets in gall bladder then drops on intestines to clean excrements and kills the germs. But if bile changes its right destination and instead of secreting into gall bladder it includes in blood and directly effects organs of body then it will cause Hepatitis C.
Remember that disease is the disorder of organs.

Seventh aspect is systems. Systems of body are either single or compound. Single system completes with one kind power like digestive system. Compounded system completes with the help of two or more than two powers like to gulp down which is completed by two powers that are absorbing and repelling powers of body.

Sixth aspect is powers. Power help human and animal body to move and work. These are three
- Physical or natural power that is centralized in liver and spreads in body from there.
- Brutal or animal power spreads in body from heart.
- Physicic power flows in body from brain.

Fifth essential aspect of human body is spirits. Spirits are not the soul that is discussed in various religions. Spirits mean a light body, which is made up of light part of fluids of body. While proportionally, more dense part of fluids makes organs. Spirits are three
- Physical Spirit
- Animal spirit
- Physicic spirit
Physical spirit belongs to liver, the center of animal spirit is heart while the spirit in brain is called physicis spirit.

Fourth aspect is organs. Various functions of body work with the help of organs. Organs include but are not limited to
- Bones
- Cartilages
- Muscles
- Flesh
- Blood Vessels
- Stomach
- Spleen
- Kidneys
- Lungs
- Heart
- Liver
- Brain

Third aspect is fluids. Fluids are also four.
- Blood
- Mucus (Phlegm)
- Bile
- Black Bile
Temperament of blood is hot and wet, mucus is cold and wet, bile is hot and dry while black bile is cold and dry.
Dense part of fluids makes organs in the body.
